Payment terms

50% deposit to start, 50% at launch. Custom tier uses 40 / 40 / 20.

Retainer minimum

On-site + filming

Anything location-based — on-site visits, photo, video — is scoped on a call and priced to the project.

Because hourly pricing punishes efficiency. A site built in a week by an experienced team is not half the value of one that took a month. We price by scope and outcome, not by time spent.

Most engagements do, but some don’t. Charter groups with legacy systems, multi-location schools, and operators with custom tooling needs usually land in the Custom tier. We scope those individually on a call.

Yes. If your current site is in reasonable shape, we can start with Care or Grow and improve the site in place. If the site is a meaningful drag on conversions, we’ll usually recommend a build first.

Sometimes — it depends on the project. On-site visits, photo, and video production aren’t bundled into a fixed tier. We scope those on a call so the work (and the price) actually matches what you need.

You keep everything. You own the site, the code, the content, and all the accounts. We include a 30-day handoff period at retainer exit — credentials transferred, documentation written, successor team onboarded if needed.
